Workshop: “CARING FOR HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT AND PREVENTING SUMMER DISEASES IN CHILDREN”
Last update 06/10/2025 - 15:57
A gift for children and parents on the occasion of June – Action Month for Children
For any parent, the greatest desire is always to take care of their child’s health and ensure their comprehensive development, including physical, motor, emotional, and cognitive growth. However, on the journey of raising a child, parents often have concerns such as:
- Is my child developing at the right pace and at the appropriate age during the early years?
- What are the abnormal signs in my child's development that need to be identified early?
- With summer approaching, how can I prevent common diseases and ensure my child stays healthy?
Dr. Phan Thi Thu Minh, Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology, stated:
“Monitoring a child's physical and mental development is extremely important. It goes far beyond simply assessing weight, height, or the age at which a child starts walking or talking. It is a meticulous and persistent process. This involves a comprehensive evaluation of anthropometric indices, skin color, muscle tone, psychomotor developmental milestones, language acquisition, social interactions, and the child’s ability to connect with parents and the surrounding environment. Tracking these aspects over time helps identify early signs of abnormalities, allowing for timely intervention to give the child the best chance for appropriate and optimal development.”
As part of June - Action Month for Children, ƽ would like to offer parents a practical and meaningful gift: the workshop“Caring for healthy development and preventing summer diseases in children.”
